Dance Impressions students will be in a variety of performances throughout the year including such events as:

• Holiday Extravaganza
  • This is a fully staged show with dancing, acting, and singing. This year's performance will be held at the Zabee Theater in mid December. Please contact the studio office for tickets and information.
• Professional Shows
  • Dance Impressions works to provide professional opportunities for our sudents. Those opportunities include full length ballets, broadway style productions, and theater opportunities.  For Example, Dance Impressions students have been awarded positions in the Hopkins Youth Ballet and consistently placed in the premier roles of the Moscow Ballet Great Russian Nutcracker. They have attained premium roles as Party Guests, Variations, and Butterflies who dance en Pointe. We believe professional level experience is a valuable education tool and we are honored to be a part of these highly acclaimed organizations. Watch for new exciting opportunities coming this season.
• Spring Showcase
  • Our Spring Showcase highlights the work our students have been doing throughout the year.  These performances are held at the Zabee Theater in the Elk River High School.  Our performances will be in early to mid May.  These shows include feature dances from Company A, competition dances from Company B, one to two dances from each of our Company C classes (depending on the class, see class description for details), and our acting/singing classes in a variety of performance pieces.  This show is significantly different and much bigger than our Holiday Extravaganza, so you won't want to miss it. • Competition Shows
  • Each year our CompanyB and Company A students will compete at various competition shows.  Our students typically place in the top award categories and win a variety of scholarships. Our competition shows have included Spotlight, Hall of Fame, ADA, Showbiz, Masquerade, Starquest, Star Systems, and IDC just to name a few. Please contact our studio office for details.
• Advanced Student Showcase
  • A mini-showcase of our Company A advanced students' work will be performed.  More details to come.
